The Vera Spin Shallow from Scratch Tackle is a small metal blade bait with a spintail, perfect for use on a light/ultralight set up. A spinning willow blade is attached to the compact body with a ball-bearing swivel and will produce lots of flash and vibration as you work the lure through the water.
