Order Confirmation – Once you have placed your order online, we will send a confirmation message to the email address you have provided. When the order has been shipped, you will receive a further email message confirming dispatch.
Dispatch Time – All of the products featured on our website should be available from stock. Orders placed online are dispatched by the next working day (we can usually send orders received before 12pm on the same day but please note that this may not always be possible during our busiest periods). Orders that are placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday. Orders received over bank holiday weekends will be posted on the next working day. In the rare event of any delay occurring, we will always contact you directly.
Delivery Time – For orders sent within the UK by Royal Mail 24 or 24 Tracked service, delivery time is normally 1-3 working days. For orders sent by Royal Mail 48 or 48 Tracked service, delivery time is normally 2-5 days. Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed by Royal Mail and can occasionally be subject to delays outside of our control. There is also a guaranteed next day UK postage option available at checkout for urgent orders (if placed before 12pm, Monday to Thursday only โ not available on bank holidays).
International Orders – Orders sent within Europe by standard airmail normally arrive in the destination country within 4-8 working days. For orders sent to countries outside Europe, please allow 10-12 days for arrival. PLEASE NOTE โ Once the package arrives in your country, it will need to be cleared by customs and any VAT or import charges due will then need to be paid prior to delivery. You will be contacted directly by your national postal service for payment of any charges that are due. The time for customs clearance can vary between different countries but normally takes several days and can sometimes be longer during busy periods. Please note that standard airmail service isnโt tracked and we are unable to provide further updates on your orderโs status once posted. We do offer the option of airmail โsigned forโ if you require a tracked delivery.
Prices – All prices displayed on our website include 20% VAT (we do not apply VAT to orders sent to customers in the Channel Islands or countries outside the UK). International customers – please note that you may be liable to pay VAT and import duty when the goods arrive in your country from the UK.
Returns & Cancellations – If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us by telephone or e-mail within 14 days of receipt and we will do our utmost to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If after placing your order, you decide to cancel, please contact us by e-mail and we will be able to reverse the order and refund payment. If your goods have already been sent, they can be returned for refund (please contact us by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of your order to arrange return). We are only able to refund postage costs in the case of faulty/incorrect products being returned. If returning goods, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage in case the items aren’t delivered to us for any reason. We can only process your refund once the goods have been safely received. Refunds are processed within two working days of receipt but please note that there may be a small delay in funds appearing on your credit/debit card or PayPal account balance.
Safe shopping – We follow the EU Consumer Rights Directive on distance selling, so your rights are always protected when using our store. Our website is a safe place for online shopping, with SSL certificate and securely encrypted transactions to protect our customers privacy.
